1. If you want to lose some weight
In the morning you just drink a cup of milk or a cup of juice or a cup of juice + milk
Midday you eat a normal portion meal
In the evening you just drink a cup of juice or the same like morning
If you hungry and want to eat snack you still can eat some peanuts or 2 pieces of biscuit or some fruit but maximum twice in a day
2 hours before you sleep you must not eat anything
2. If you want to maintain your weight
In the morning just drink a cup of milk or juice or juice+milk
Midday you eat a normal portion meal
In the evening you can eat as usual but remember if you want eat some snacks not eat more than 2 piece of biscuit or fruit or a portion of peanuts
2 hours before sleep must not eat anything
3. If you want to gain weight but still be healthy
Drink a cup of juice in the morning
at 10 o'clock drink a cup of milk plus some biscuit or fruit At noon eat as normal
at 3-4 in afternoon drink a cup of milk and some biscuit or fruit
Evening eat as normal and drink some milk or juice 2 hours before you go to sleep
Remember your normal food needs to include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and no canned or processed food
